Your order will not ship until payment has cleared.

  Shipping
♥ PATTERNS:
The patterns are usually shipped via email to your PayPal account's email address within 48 hours after your PayPal payment is received. (Please notice, that there might be a time difference between our countries.) If you don't receive your pattern within 3 days, please check, if there's a problem with a spam blocker (from your email service provider or on your computer) - and contact me, and I will send you the required pattern again!
No shipping fee required.

♥ AMIGURUMIS:
I ship worldwide with Israel post service.

Shipping will arrive within 3 weeks.Buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees, duties, VAT fees, etc.I will not be held responsible if the mail loses your order; Please get insurance in advance if desired.

Unfortunately, there may be delays. It depends on your local postal services as well as the Israeli postal services.

  Refunds and Exchanges
♥ PATTERNS:
As soon as the pattern is sent to you, there is no possibility to be refunded. In case you lose your pdf or have some problem with opened it, I will sent it to you again, just please sent me a notice.
 
♥ AMIGURUMIS:
If you will get any problems with your received Amigurumi, please don't hesitate to contact me, so we can find a solution that will satisfy both if us.
